About Me

Kwey/Hi! My name is Emilee, and I am the Founder and Clinical Therapist at Irilla Counselling and Wellness. My personal experiences have fueled my passion for helping others facing challenges in their lives.  I understand the stress that life can bring, from adjusting to the demands of parenting and juggling workplace pressures to finding time for self-care and managing everyday responsibilities. I know that these challenges can affect anyone, and that life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether it’s navigating family dynamics, dealing with relationship struggles, or balancing personal and professional commitments, I’m here to connect with you and provide support through it all.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), is a cutting-edge, evidence-based approach designed to help individuals quickly resolve trauma, anxiety, depression, and other distressing experiences. ART uses guided imagery and eye movements to reframe negative memories, allowing clients to process and heal from emotional pain without needing to re-experience traumatic details. This innovative therapy often brings significant relief in just a few sessions, empowering individuals to move forward with clarity and confidence
